Darryl Anka is an American filmmaker and artist who works through his own company, Zia Films. He traces his life's work to two daytime UFO sightings he reported in 1973.
Since 1983 he has publicly channeled Bashar — communicating, he says, telepathically — an entity he describes as an extraterrestrial being speaking from the future. Anka is openly candid that he cannot prove Bashar is real, and asks no one to simply believe him.
