Sacred Geometry Consciousness Ancient Wisdom Dark Night of the Soul
In plain English. Because you deserve that.

Geometry, God, and a 12,000-year-old stone. Stay with us.

Robert Edward Grant is a scientist and mathematician who's convinced the ancient world and modern physics are describing the same thing — and that we simply forgot how to see it. His big swings in this episode: the chaos in the world isn't the end, it's the messy middle of a much larger shift. We're being pushed to feel and say the things we've buried. The heart, he argues, may be a better starting point than the head — and he uses geometry to make the case. And a 12,000-year-old stone in Turkey suggests the world's major religions may share a single root.

Maybe it's true. Maybe it's not. See what resonates for you.

We Are in a Collective Dark Night of the Soul

Everything feels like it’s coming apart right now. Grant says that’s not the end of the story — it’s the exact middle of it. And where you are in a story changes everything.

In psychology, a dark night of the soul is the painful but necessary process of confronting everything we have been avoiding. Grant’s argument: humanity is going through this collectively right now. The chaos is not random — it is compression before expansion. Lee Harris said almost exactly the same thing in his May 2026 energy update, from a completely different methodology. Two independent sources. One conclusion.

Darkness is Not the Opposite of Light

We are taught that darkness is the enemy of light. Grant says physics tells a different story — and it changes how you would survive a hard season.

Darkness is not the absence of light. It is what happens when light is fully absorbed by matter. You cannot have one without the other. Grant applies this directly to human experience — the difficulty and confusion many people feel right now is not separate from growth. It is part of it. The absorbed condition always comes before the reflected one.

We Are Being Called to Speak

Grant says silence is not neutral anymore. Something is being asked of every one of us right now — and most people already feel it, even if they cannot name it.

He describes a global throat chakra awakening — everything that has been suppressed, unsaid or unfelt is being pushed to the surface. On a personal level it might be a conversation you have avoided for years. On a collective level it looks like hidden things being exposed. The moment is asking for honesty, and it is getting louder.

The Heart Knows Something the Brain Doesn’t

Grant could not crack an ancient geometry puzzle using logic. The answer only appeared when he started from the heart instead. The implication is far bigger than math.

He was working on Metatron’s Cube. Starting from the hexagon — which in sacred geometry represents the brain and logic — the puzzle would not resolve. Starting from the pentagon — the heart — the whole structure fell into place perfectly. His conclusion is not anti-science. It is a different sequence: feel first, analyze second. In this moment of history, he says, that order produces better results.

All Three Abrahamic Religions May Share One Root

Two of the most divided faiths on Earth may have begun as a single family story. The evidence, Grant says, is carved into a 12,000-year-old stone.

At Göbekli Tepe in Turkey — one of the oldest known human structures, predating Stonehenge by 6,000 years — Grant identified ancient Hebrew letters carved into a pillar. Turned upside down, they spell Allah in Arabic. His interpretation: the division between Judaism and Islam does not trace to fundamentally different origins. It traces to one family story that split into two traditions. If hidden connections like this pull you in, Gregg Braden’s summary goes deeper still — he found something encoded in human DNA pointing to the same idea.

Maybe's Analyst Note

Grant's geometric claim about Metatron's Cube is mathematically verifiable. His Göbekli Tepe observation is grounded in mainstream archaeology. His dark night of the soul framework is consistent with Jungian psychology — and converges with Lee Harris's May 2026 energy update from a completely different methodology. Use your discernment.

Other Claims Mentioned (2)

Said in this episode but not promoted to a tracked claim with its own deadline — noted here so nothing gets lost, in case it matters later.

  • The heart must lead the brain — geometrically demonstrable through Metatron's Cube | Verifiable
  • Hebrew letters Yod-Hei-Vav found at Göbekli Tepe spell Allah when inverted | Archaeologically grounded
Cross-References

Converges with Lee Harris — both describe the current moment as a collective dark night of the soul, a process to move through rather than an event to wait for. Converges with Matias De Stefano — the shift is already underway, not coming soon.
