Alliance update: Will the deep state go out with a bang as they try initiating a global scare event?
The Real Ismael Perez — YouTube Live
Originally aired: July 27, 2026
In plain English. Because you deserve that.

The most checkable thing in this broadcast isn't the off-world intelligence. It's that two of its hardest specifics are real, published, verifiable events — and both happened more than a year before he reported them as breaking.

The headline briefing is Geneva. Perez says that on July 24, 2026, Alliance long-range surveillance detected activity at a classified biotechnology facility beneath the city, and that the collapsing deep state was preparing to release a genetically engineered enzyme intended to kill roughly ninety percent of the world's population. He calls the operation Project Black Harvest. Rather than a military strike, he says quantum cyber units erased every blueprint, sequence and production algorithm, while covert teams secured the physical archives. Nothing was released. The danger passed and almost nobody knows it existed.

The second briefing is a thesis about the war in Iran, and it's the most structured argument he makes all night. The visible conflict, he says, is the surface layer. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is the enforcement arm, but the real target is the Bank of England and the City of London — with the IRGC functioning as its proxy. His framing: the decisive weapon of modern war is no longer the missile, it's credit. What looks like a fight over territory is a fight over whether nations get cheap abundant energy and become sovereign, or stay dependent on centralized finance. He calls the mechanism the "managed scarcity cycle."

Then the domestic material, which is where the episode gets unusually specific. He reports that the NSA director and his deputy were fired "yesterday," that a purge of the intelligence community has begun across eighteen agencies, and that the Supreme Court "just ruled" six to three that federal judges can no longer issue nationwide injunctions — removing, in his telling, the last legal obstacle. He describes a domestic surveillance program he calls Operation Looking Glass, allegedly monitoring forty million Americans since 2014 via social media, church attendance and gun purchases. He names a $2.7 billion election-influence operation, Operation Eclipse Vote, and says Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton coordinated with 47 state officials, three federal judges and twelve university administrators.

The Q&A is where the cosmology comes through. He puts the deep state's remaining power at four percent, "maybe even three." He says over thirty percent of the population are lab-grown humans with no energy signature. He says the original Clintons, Rothschilds and three Popes were human-reptilian hybrids removed years ago and replaced with robotic duplicates. He dates the end of "this current reality construct" to 2028, with 2030 as the turning point. He'll broadcast free on the 8/8 Lion's Gate portal.

Maybe it's true. Maybe it's not. See what resonates for you.

The unfalsifiable rescue

A catastrophe that was secretly prevented leaves the same evidence as a catastrophe that was never planned. This is the second Perez claim with that exact shape, and it’s why the board tags it unverifiable rather than false.

Real events, moved forward

Two verifiable public events — an NSA leadership removal and a Supreme Court ruling — appear here as fresh classified intelligence, both dated more than a year after they actually occurred.

One source, many briefings

Nearly every specific in the broadcast is attributed to Commander Valiant Thor. That makes the sourcing channel itself the thing worth tracking over time, rather than each briefing in isolation.

Maybe's Analyst Note

Start with the part you can settle yourself tonight, because it's the most interesting thing here.

Two of Perez's hardest specifics are real events. NSA Director General Timothy Haugh and his civilian deputy Wendy Noble genuinely were removed from their posts — the Washington Post, NPR, Fox News and Newsweek all covered it. The Supreme Court genuinely did rule six to three that federal courts can't issue universal injunctions; that's Trump v. CASA, and Justice Barrett wrote it. He gets the substance of both right, down to the vote count and the deputy's role.

What doesn't line up is when. Haugh and Noble were removed on April 3, 2025 — sixteen months before this broadcast, not "yesterday." Trump v. CASA was decided June 27, 2025 — thirteen months before, not "just ruled." Both were front-page news at the time. So the question a careful listener is left with isn't whether these things happened. It's why events already in the public record arrive here as fresh intelligence from a classified briefing. We're not going to answer that for you. We're going to note that you can check both in about two minutes, and that most claims in this space don't offer you that.

Now the Geneva claim, which is the episode's headline and the one we can't do anything with. A secret bioweapon, secretly stopped, with all evidence deliberately erased — that is structurally unfalsifiable. No absence of a pandemic can disprove it, because the claim already accounts for the absence. We've been here before with this voice: his secret Trump–Xi meeting claim sat on our board, and we corrected it in his favour from "Didn't Happen" to Unsubstantiated, precisely because a closed-door event can never be publicly disproven. The same reasoning applies now, and it cuts the same direction. Black Harvest goes on the board tagged unverifiable by nature, where it will likely sit forever. That's not a verdict on Perez. It's a verdict on the shape of the claim.

The 2028 date is different, and it's the one we'll actually be able to grade. "The ending of this current reality construct" is vague, but 2028 isn't, and 2030 as the turning point isn't either. Those are on the calendar now.

One thing worth saying plainly: the Iran-and-credit argument is a real argument. Strip the Alliance framing and you have a claim about energy independence, financial dependency and who benefits from scarcity — a claim people make in ordinary geopolitical terms all the time, and one you can weigh on its merits without needing to accept anything about Commander Valiant Thor. Use your discernment on which layer you're evaluating.

Was a global bioweapon release stopped under Geneva in July 2026?
Unsubstantiated Resolves: None — unverifiable by nature
Evidence: Unverifiable by nature
Will “this current reality construct” end in 2028?
Pending Resolves: December 31, 2030
Evidence: Unverifiable by nature

These claims are tracked over time on the Claims board. Statuses reflect only this episode — not the source's full body of work.

Other Claims Mentioned (9)

Said in this episode but not promoted to a tracked claim with its own deadline — noted here so nothing gets lost, in case it matters later.

  • The deep state's remaining power is "96% contained" — down to three or four percent
  • Over 30% of the human population are lab-grown "NPCs" with no detectable energy signature
  • The original Clintons, Rothschilds, Grey Pope, Black Pope and White Pope were human-reptilian hybrids removed in 2017–2021 and replaced with robotic duplicates
  • A domestic surveillance program, "Operation Looking Glass," has monitored 40 million Americans since 2014 via social media, church attendance and gun purchases
  • Operation Eclipse Vote diverted $2.7 billion through offshore accounts to alter results in three swing states
  • Incoming DNI Jay Clayton will declassify everything, triggering a global Emergency Broadcast System reveal
  • The Iraqi dinar revaluation is being blocked solely by the IRGC acting for the Bank of England
  • Earth transitions to a "space age civilization" within months of the global purge completing
  • The Galactic Federation of Worlds was infiltrated by Enki between 2018 and 2022 and reorganised as the Galactic Alliance
Cross-References

This is the third Perez broadcast we've written down, and the pattern is now legible enough to name: the specifics come from a single upward source — Commander Valiant Thor — and the checkable ones tend to be real events with the dating moved forward. That's a sourcing question, not a sincerity question, and it's why we've started a running log of Valiant Thor material rather than treating each briefing as unrelated.

His 2028 endpoint sits just outside the 2027 threshold cluster we're already tracking — Bashar, Sara Landon, Kryon and Matias De Stefano all named 2027, and all four are on the board. Perez lands a year later with a different mechanism. Separately, his free 8/8 Lion's Gate broadcast puts him alongside Elizabeth April, who released her own Lion's Gate material the same week. Two voices, same portal date, no shared claim — worth watching whether they converge on anything specific enough to track.

Try This

Take the two claims in this episode that have public paper trails and check them yourself — it takes about two minutes and it teaches the whole skill this site is built on.

Search "Timothy Haugh NSA director removed" and "Trump v. CASA nationwide injunctions." Note what you find: both events are real, both were widely reported, and both are dated more than a year before this broadcast described them as breaking news. Now notice what that does and doesn't tell you. It doesn't tell you the Geneva briefing is false. It doesn't tell you Perez is dishonest. What it gives you is one calibration point — a place where his account and the public record can actually be compared — which is more than most claims in this space will ever offer you.

Do this with any source, including us. The question is never "do I believe this person." It's "which parts of this could I check, and what happened when I did."
